Early Learnings
Early Learnings is the Telstra Foundation’s research publication series (2004-2006) comprising of the external review of selected projects supported by the Telstra Foundation’s Community Development Fund. The evaluations provide an independent assessment of the effectiveness of project activities, and provide a useful tool for others to help improve the delivery of services for children, young people and their families, especially those who are most vulnerable.
